Senior Java Engineers

He or she will help lead the development of the JAVA/J2EE core platform and supporting tools. The candidate should also have technical expertise to lead a team of Junior Developers building 3-tier web applications. Will gather and analyze requirements, lead the design, development and implementation of the product. Will organize and participate in review sessions and contribute to system testing to ensure quality deliverables. Will develop good quality products in a challenging timeframe and assist and mentor other members of the team. Will provide regular feedback to management on project status. Will contribute to the development and continuous review of appropriate practices, standards and guidelines.

5 years of software development experience using Java/J2EE technologies.
Strong hands on experience with Core Java and J2EE (JSP, Servlets).
Experience with various frameworks such as Spring, Struts MVC Tiles, Hibernate etc.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
Experience with web services, EJB, JMS, XML and AJAX toolkit.
Knowledge of various Java and J2EE Design Patterns and modeling methodologies like UML.
Experience with Web Interface development (HTML, XHTML, XML, XSL, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript).

Senior PHP Developer

Expert level knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, PHP, XML, AJAX, MySQL, PostreSQL and Dreamweaver..
Possesses significant knowledge of client server and Internet systems architectures.
Experience with Code Igniter Framework development.
Experience with web services, EJB, JMS, XML and AJAX toolkit.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Experience with Web Interface development (HTML, XHTML, XML, XSL, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript).
